To boost the company’s sales in regions where the commercialization had decreased, this company wanted to carry out an instructional program for their salesforce, this program was going to motivate the commercial staff to suggest an special display design to their clients’ stores, in order to promote their products in those points of sales.

Solution:

The client came to us and together, we built a platform where the user were able to share images of the store display progress according to the company parameters, also they would be able to view reports and statistics about the stores progresses and reward the sellers and the best points of sales that were aligned with the proposed display design.

It has been a successful tool for the company and has begun to be used by other subsidiaries of the firm.
