Medellín, Colombia: Doctus S.A.S [Doctus] has been acquired by Adage Technologies Inc. [Adage], a U.S. company specializing in e-commerce implementations and software development.
Adage’s acquisition of Doctus will allow both companies to expand their offerings, particularly in the e-commerce space, where both companies have expertise.
